- 6 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 60 ml Baileys Irish cream
- 60 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 12 ice cubes
- 60 ml cream
- 2 tbsp rich chocolate syrup
- Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
- Add the ice cream first so the ice doesn’t melt, then, pour in the remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
To make it more impressive, you can add squirty cream and sprinkles on the top.
This is more like a dessert than a cocktail and can be served after a meal.
