  • 6 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 60 ml Baileys Irish cream
  • 60 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 60 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp rich chocolate syrup

 

  1. Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Add the ice cream first so the ice doesn’t melt, then, pour in the remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve with straws.

To make it more impressive, you can add squirty cream and sprinkles on the top.

This is more like a dessert than a cocktail and can be served after a meal.
