- 1 bottle sparkling rose
- 1 tbsp rosewater
- 30g caster sugar
- 100g strawberries, hulled
- Make sure the wine is well chilled.
- Put the rosewater, strawberries and sugar in a mini processor or blender and blitz to a puree.
- Place a tablespoon in each glass and when you are ready to serve, pour in the sparkling wine.
Pour the wine in very slowly as it will fizz up like a volcano!!
