- 250g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 300g frozen strawberry yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- 5 ice cubes
- Place the strawberries in a blender with the ice and blend on pulse for 20 seconds.
- Add the milk and yoghurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Why not make it low fat by using low fat yoghurt and semi-skimmed milk?
